All communication should be through either Email or Discord unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Payment:
- All payments should be in USD via Paypal.
- No other medium of payment will be accepted unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Payment is due upfront for any commission equal to or below $75 USD.
- For amounts greater than $75 USD, payment plans can be made.
- This will depend on the price and your circumstances.
- You will receive small resolution previews for review and will receive full resolution only when the piece is complete and all payments have been made.
- All payments should be in USD via Paypal.
- General Guidelines:
- Please include visual references and a good description.
- The more detail the better, the references, colors, desired elements, etc.
- Please avoid using, “Like X, but with Y,” statements.
- I can draw OCs, fantasy characters, portraits of people, Sci-Fi, guns, furries, fanart, and more, ask.
- NSFW Content comes at an extra charge.
- Proof of age is required for all NSFW commissions. Under U.S. Code § 1470, it is illegal to knowingly expose someone under the age of 16 to explicit content. I have, for ethical reasons, extended this to the age of 18 in this circumstance. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
- I do publicly post commission prices, but those prices are rough estimates.
- All prices are subject to change based on the complexity and nature of the commission.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason. Don’t take it personally.
- I may choose whether to disclose the reason, but I am not required to.
- I reserve the right to stream while I work on your commission unless otherwise agreed upon.

- Process:
- After payment is received, I will start working and send an initial sketch (or a couple of options), so you can approve and require adjustments if necessary.
- I will show you the work process a few times until completion.
- Minor changes are possible at any stage (small details, colors).
- If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the work (e.g., a change in pose), I may charge up to an additional 25%.
- Size is typically 3500 x 3500 pixels, at 350 dpi, delivered in a PNG or JPG format unless you ask otherwise.
- I will send full resolution artwork and smaller web versions that you can post online upon request.
- Prices may vary for more extensive or small pieces.

- Commissions can take from 4 – 8 weeks. I work a full-time job, so some days I will not be able to work on commissions. If delays arise, you will be notified.

- You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. You may make prints for personal use only.

- You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but cannot alter the artwork itself.
- By commissioning me, you are purchasing my labor as an artist and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork.
- I retain all the rights to my work, which include, but are not limited to, the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
- If your commission is commercial, I will still use your work in my portfolio, as a sample for sales, and self-promotion, but you retain ownership of the piece in its totality.

- If you’d like your commission to remain private (Not ever published anywhere), an extra charge may be added.
- You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work.
- If you do upload my work and claim anything other than the truth, and I am notified, I will no longer do business with you.
- I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements for other commissions or personal works.

- Refunding and Canceling:
- If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage, you will be refunded 50% of what you paid.
- If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketching stage, there will be no refund.
- You will receive a full refund if, for any unjustifiable reason, I’m unable to finish the commission.

These terms aren’t here to stifle creativity; they’re here to protect my rights, and yours, as the client. Reading and understanding these terms is crucial to having a good artist-client relationship. If you have any questions about these terms, feel free to ask.
